First successful auction of plot for hotel in Dholera SIR will boost hospitality sector.
Speaking about this momentous event, a senior official of Dholera SIR said, “We are happy to announce that the successful completion of the e-auction will further boost social infrastructure, the first investment in the hospitality industry marks a new beginning for the growth of Dholera.

Dholera SIR has published an e-auction notice for Plot 307 (Part) falling within the High Access Corridor Zone within the Activation Area (TP Scheme No. 2 A) for developing a hotel. Three of the many online applications submitted were determined to be eligible. The Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is a major greenfield industrial hub being developed approximately 100km south of Ahmedabad and 130km from the state capital Gandhinagar.
